How the audit works
1. NAP and hours check
We compare name, address, phone, hours, and website URL across Google Business Profile (Maps), Apple Maps, Bing Places, Yelp, and your own site. Mismatches are quoted or screenshotted.
2. Public profile health
Categories, services, photos at a glance, Q&A, recent review reply pattern, and duplicate-listing signals from public data. Deeper pass available if you add us as a Google manager.
3. AI answer spot-checks
We run a small set of dated prompts such as “{service} near {city}”, “phone for {business}”, and “is {business} open” across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews when triggered, and Gemini. Results are samples, not rankings.
4. Priority fix list
P0 / P1 / P2 items labeled owner-do vs Blue Spruce-do, plus an optional retainer suggestion if it fits. One round of factual corrections if you prove a field in the report was wrong.
